Due to the nature of our services (digital content with immediate access), we generally do not provide refunds for already purchased subscriptions or credits, provided the services were properly made available to you.
When are you eligible for a refund?

How to request a refund

Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargeback requests (disputing a payment through your bank) are considered a violation of our Terms of Use.
In the event of an unauthorized chargeback:
